I get 20 to 30 messages every day on how to become a pilot, what is the procedure and what is the fee structure. Almost everyone has common questions. But 60 to 70% of people have one common question that is "how to become a pilot under 30 lac rupees. So today I am going to tell you how to become a pilot under 30 lac rupees So let's start from the beginning.

Eligibility Criteria To Become A Pilot :-

You must complete Class XII with passing marks in English, Math and Physics.

You must be at least 18 years old

First Step To Become A Pilot :-

You have to do your class 2 &1  medicals :- you should be physically fit with good eyesight and there will be whole body physical checkup and make sure that you don’t have any kind of skin disease or allergy at that time and a normal blood checkup.

Second Step To Become A Pilot :-

You must have your computer number :-
Computer Number is your unique identity number to appear for all Pilot examinations.

Third Step To Become A Pilot :-

You need to complete your DGCA Exam( Meteorology, Air Navigation, Air Regulations, Technical General). You need 70 percent marks to pass in each subject. You can keep appearing until you clear them.

Fourth Step To Become A Pilot :-

You need to complete your Radio Telephony Restricted (RTR) exam :-
A guide to successful communication between ATC and the Pilot.

Fifth Step To Become A Pilot :-

Flying Training :-
In flying training, you need to complete 200 flying hours with instrument ratings as per DGCA requirements.

So it is Eligibility Criteria and Procedure to become a pilot. Now the question is how to complete all these within 30 lac.
Your answer is here, Total cost of your Class 1 & 2 Medicals, Computer Number, DGCA Ground Classes including RTR and Examination Fee will be around 3 lac rupees. But if you want, you can also reduce this amount You just need a good mentor in your life so that you can save your money and time both. A good mentor will always advise you for your goodness, whether it's about choosing your ground classes or flying school. Many ground classes academies in India charge very high fee, Around 1.5 lac to 2 lac rupees Which I think is too high for only DGCA ground classes apart RTR. There are many more good academies that provide you DGCA ground classes within 1 lac and that will help you to reduce your money up to 1.5 lac rupees

Now it is time to choose a flying school within budget. Those who want to complete their flying training in India within 30 lac. They can join Bihar Flying Club and If you are a citizen of Bihar then it will be much cheaper for you i.e. around 16 lakh rupees or if you belong to any other state of India, you will still find it cheaper around 20 lac rupees.
Here are some other flying schools that offer flying training within 30 lac
1.Telengana state  Aviation Academy
2.Rajiv Gandhi Aviation Academy
3.Patiala aviation club
4.Garg aviation Kanpur
5. Bihar flying club
And if you want to do flying training on time with accommodation within 30 lac in foreign countries then you must go South Africa I personally recommend you.
